  • 2 (no.2) cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions

    Mix cheese and onion with mayonnaise. Layer 1/2 vegetables and 1/2 mayonnaise mixture, repeat. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Combine margarine and cracker crumbs for topping. Remove from oven, spread on topping and cook 15 minutes longer.
