  • 3 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients, pour into casserole dish.
  2. 2
    Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers. Put cracker mix on top of casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
