  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients.

    Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Top with crackers, which have been mixed with melted margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
