- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed fine
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Spray casserole dish with non-stick coating.

2Mix vegetables, onion, cheese, and mayonnaise and pour into casserole dish.

3Cover with crushed crackers and drizzle with margarine.

4Bake at 350° until slightly brown but bubbly.
