  • 2 cans veg-all, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed fine
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Spray casserole dish with non-stick coating.

    Mix vegetables, onion, cheese, and mayonnaise and pour into casserole dish.

    Cover with crushed crackers and drizzle with margarine.
