- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1Put vegetables in a saucepan with 1 cup of water.

2Cook until tender.

3Drain.

4Add soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, water chestnuts and 1/2 can French fried onion rings. Cook, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Uncover; add remaining cheese and onion.

6Cook 5 more minutes.
