  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can French fried onions

Directions

    Put vegetables in a saucepan with 1 cup of water.

    Cook until tender.

    Drain.

    Add soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, water chestnuts and 1/2 can French fried onion rings. Cook, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Uncover; add remaining cheese and onion.

    Cook 5 more minutes.
