- 2 cans Veg-All vegetables
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Provolone cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Drain the vegetables and place in large mixing bowl.

2Add chopped onion and chopped celery; stir to mix well.

3Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Provolone cheese.

4Combine with vegetables.

5Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with the crushed crackers.

6Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over crackers and sprinkle with poppy seed.

7Bake in 350° oven about 20 minutes or until it begins to bubble.

8Serve immediately.
