  • 2 cans Veg-All vegetables
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Provolone cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Drain the vegetables and place in large mixing bowl.

    Add chopped onion and chopped celery; stir to mix well.

    Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Provolone cheese.

    Combine with vegetables.

    Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with the crushed crackers.

    Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over crackers and sprinkle with poppy seed.

    Bake in 350° oven about 20 minutes or until it begins to bubble.

    Serve immediately.
