  • 2 cans vegetables, drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • Ritz crackers
  • margarine

Directions

    Ritz crackers and margarine. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Top with crushed Ritz crackers and melted margarine.
