- 2 cans Veg-All
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chopped chestnuts
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix Veg-All, onions, cheese, chestnuts and mayonnaise well. Pour vegetable mixture into a greased casserole dish.

2Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and pour melted margarine over crackers. Bake for about 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
