- 1 bag California Blend vegetables
- 2 eggs (can add extra egg instead of butter)
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. flour
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Thaw vegetables; beat eggs and melt butter.

2Mix all together in medium casserole (minus 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese).

3Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

4During last 15 minutes, put rest of Cheddar on top to melt.
