  • 1 bag California Blend vegetables
  • 2 eggs (can add extra egg instead of butter)
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Thaw vegetables; beat eggs and melt butter.

    Mix all together in medium casserole (minus 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese).

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    During last 15 minutes, put rest of Cheddar on top to melt.
