- 2 pkg. frozen Normandy vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
- 1 1/2 c. diced Velveeta
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 Ritz crackers
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Cook vegetables in microwave on High for 10 minutes.

2Stir halfway through cooking.

3Mix cooked vegetables, chicken, cheese and soup; put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Melt butter.

5Crush crackers. Mix crackers and butter; sprinkle on top.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
