Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables, cooked and drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. Ritz crackers

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well and pour into casserole dish.

    Melt butter and crush crackers for topping.

    Place on top of casserole and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
