- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables, cooked and drained
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. Ritz crackers
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well and pour into casserole dish.

2Melt butter and crush crackers for topping.

3Place on top of casserole and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
