- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (2/8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
Directions

1Combine thawed vegetables, soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup each of the cheeses, pepper and 1/2 can French fried onions.

2Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

3Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. Ready to serve.
