  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked slightly
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Harvest wheat crackers or Harvest 5 grain crackers
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Drain cooked vegetables and place in casserole.

    Mix together cheese, onion and mayonnaise; pour over vegetables.

    Crumble crackers and pour melted margarine over them.

    Put mixture over cheese mixture in casserole dish.

    Bake until crackers are golden brown at 350° about 30 or 40 minutes.
