- herbed bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 qt. green beans
- 1 pt. whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Butter a 10 x 10 or 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle bottom with the herbed bread crumbs (1/2-inch thick).

2Chop the onion, green pepper and celery.

3On top of crumbs layer the green beans, corn and the chopped vegetables.

4Mix together the soup and sour cream.

5Spread on top of vegetables. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
