- 2 (No. 2) cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 flat can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pack Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except Ritz crackers and margarine.

2Put in casserole dish (9 x 13-inch glass).

3Cover with Ritz crackers mixed with melted butter.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
