- 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli spears
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 13 1/2 oz. can fried onions
Directions

1Cook broccoli until tender.

2Place broccoli in 9X13 pan and sprinkle with American cheese.

3Mix evaporated milk with mushroom soup until smooth and pour over broccoli.

4Top with onions.

5Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until sauce is hot and bubbly.
