  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli spears
  • 1 c. grated American cheese
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 13 1/2 oz. can fried onions

    Cook broccoli until tender.

    Place broccoli in 9X13 pan and sprinkle with American cheese.

    Mix evaporated milk with mushroom soup until smooth and pour over broccoli.
