- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Add ingredients mixed together well.

3Bake in a 325° oven for 50 minutes.

4Serve plain or with white sauce.
