  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 jar (4 oz.) pimento (drained)
  • 1 can (28 oz.) Durkee french fried onions

Directions

    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 c. cheese, sour cream, pepper and pimento, 1/2 can of onions.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Top with rest of cheese and onions.
