- 2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- croutons
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook frozen vegetables according to directions; drain.

2Add 1 can undiluted mushroom soup.

3Mix together and put in 8 x 8-inch glass casserole dish.

4Cover with the shredded cheese.

5Cover with croutons and pour 1/2 stick melted margarine over all.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
