- 1 (16 oz.) frozen vegetables (California Blend)
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- chunks of Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cook vegetables slightly and drain well.

2Place in baking dish and add water chestnuts (I slice them).

3Add chunks of Velveeta cheese (probably about 1/2 pound, I never measure).

4Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to vegetables.

5Mix remaining butter with crushed crackers and place over vegetables.

6Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
