  • 1 bag frozen broccoli
  • 2 carrots, sliced thin
  • 2 large potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 large can Durkee onion rings
  • Velveeta cheese
  • salt and pepper to season
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Thaw broccoli in a large casserole dish.

    Mix in 1/2 can French fried onions and carrots.

    Place potato slices in casserole with edge up.

    Dot Velveeta cubes in casserole with butter.

    Pour 1/2 cup milk over casserole.

    Salt and pepper to season.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until done.

    Pour remaining onions over top and bake 10 more minutes.
