- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 2 carrots, sliced thin
- 2 large potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 large can Durkee onion rings
- Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper to season
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Thaw broccoli in a large casserole dish.

2Mix in 1/2 can French fried onions and carrots.

3Place potato slices in casserole with edge up.

4Dot Velveeta cubes in casserole with butter.

5Pour 1/2 cup milk over casserole.

6Salt and pepper to season.

7Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until done.

8Pour remaining onions over top and bake 10 more minutes.
