  • 2 cans Veg-All
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 to 3 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Directions

    Mix together first 5 ingredients.

    Pour into baking dish. Melt margarine and coat cracker crumbs well.

    Spread crumbs over top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 or 50 minutes until vegetables are tender, cheese melted and topping brown.
