- 2 cans Veg-All
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 to 3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Mix together first 5 ingredients.

2Pour into baking dish. Melt margarine and coat cracker crumbs well.

3Spread crumbs over top.

4Bake at 350° for 45 or 50 minutes until vegetables are tender, cheese melted and topping brown.
