  • 2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen vegetables, thawed
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Mix eggs, flour, cottage cheese and cheese.

    Pour over vegetables in cake pan; stir together.

    Cut up butter over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
