- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- crushed Ritz crackers
- margarine
Directions

1Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, onion and cheese. Spread in 2-quart baking dish.

2Top with layer of crushed crackers; dot with margarine.

3Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
