- 1 c. white corn
- 1 1/2 c. French-style green beans (canned)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 4 oz. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 12 saltine crackers, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. and 2 tsp. reduce calorie margarine, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Drain vegetables, mix with cheese and yogurt.

3Place in medium casserole dish that is sprayed with Pam. Combine cracker crumbs with melted margarine.

4Sprinkle on top of vegetables.

5Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
