  • 1 c. white corn
  • 1 1/2 c. French-style green beans (canned)
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 4 oz. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 12 saltine crackers, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. and 2 tsp. reduce calorie margarine, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Drain vegetables, mix with cheese and yogurt.

    Place in medium casserole dish that is sprayed with Pam. Combine cracker crumbs with melted margarine.

    Sprinkle on top of vegetables.

    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
