- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimiento, drained (optional)
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Directions

1Thaw and drain frozen vegetables.

2Combine vegetable soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimientos and 1/2 can onions. Pour into casserole.

3Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 to 40- minutes.

4Top with remaining cheese and onions.

5Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
