- 6 egg whites
- 8 oz. nonfat cream cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 parsnip, peeled and grated
- 1 rutabaga, peeled and grated
- 3 baking potatoes, grated
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Mix egg whites, cream cheese, mustard, oregano, pepper, garlic and parsley in large bowl.

3Add rutabaga, onion, parsnip and potatoes.

4Mix well.

5Coat a 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

6Pour ingredients into dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until top is brown and crisp.
