- 1 box (small 3.4 Oz. Box) Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 4 whole Eggs, Beaten

- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Directions

1Mix ingredients in the order given. Beat well. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake for 40-50 minutes in a 350-degree oven.

2After the bread is finished baking, poke holes into the hot bread with a toothpick or fork. Mix the topping ingredients and pour the mixture over the bread.
