Vegetable Cheese Ball

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped pepper
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped red pimento
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic salt
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions

    Squeeze out all of the juice from vegetables and pineapple. Add Worcestershire to softened cream cheese. Season to taste. Stir in vegetables and pineapple, mixing well. Add 1 1/4 cups of chopped nuts to mixture. Roll into ball. Roll ball in remaining chopped nuts.
