  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 5 radishes
  • 2 scallions
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Place chopping blade in food processor. Chop vegetables.

    Cut up cream cheese into sixths.

    Place in processor and pulse until just blended with vegetables (on, off, on, off).

    Don't let machine run too long as everything will turn to mush.

    That's it. Serve with crackers, Melba toast or vegetables.
