- 1/2 green pepper
- 5 radishes
- 2 scallions
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Directions

1Place chopping blade in food processor. Chop vegetables.

2Cut up cream cheese into sixths.

3Place in processor and pulse until just blended with vegetables (on, off, on, off).

4Don't let machine run too long as everything will turn to mush.

5That's it. Serve with crackers, Melba toast or vegetables.
