  • 1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • Ritz crackers

Directions

    Cook package of frozen vegetables until half done and drain. Add celery, onion, cheese and mayonnaise.

    Stir well and then add water chestnuts.

    Crumble Ritz crackers on top.

    Dot with melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
