- 1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- Ritz crackers
Directions

1Cook package of frozen vegetables until half done and drain. Add celery, onion, cheese and mayonnaise.

2Stir well and then add water chestnuts.

3Crumble Ritz crackers on top.

4Dot with melted butter.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
