  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup dried porcini mushrooms
  • 1/3 lb zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 lb potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Season cream and add nutmeg. Add mushrooms and set aside to rehydrate.

    Meanwhile, layer zucchini and potatoes in a shallow baking dish, distribute mozzarella on top then cover with mushroom cream and bake for 40 mins.
