- 1/3 cup dried porcini mushrooms
- 1/3 lb zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 lb potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F. Season cream and add nutmeg. Add mushrooms and set aside to rehydrate.

2Meanwhile, layer zucchini and potatoes in a shallow baking dish, distribute mozzarella on top then cover with mushroom cream and bake for 40 mins.
