- 1 can new potatoes
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 zucchini
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 cauliflower
- 1/4 c. clear olive oil and vinegar salad dressing
Directions

1Place broccoli and cauliflower in water in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole.

2Microcook, covered, on 100% power (High) for 5 minutes.

3Gently stir in potatoes, tomatoes (quartered) and wedged onions.

4Cover; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until nearly tender.

5Drain and cool slightly.

6Put cooked veggies on skewer.

7Add uncooked zucchini between veggies.

8Brush with salad dressing and grill 10 to 12 minutes.

9Brush with dressing as they are turned.
