- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables, thawed
- 1 (10.5 oz.) can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos
- 1 small can Durkee fried onions
Directions

1Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can onions.

2Pour mixture into casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

3Top with remainder of cheese and fried onions and bake an additional 5 minutes.
