  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 3 c. broccoli florets
  • 3 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 to 2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. chopped, fresh basil
  • 3 to 4 c. cooked linguine
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In a large pan, combine the oil, water, broccoli and garlic. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes.

    Add mushrooms and black pepper.

    Cook until tender.

    Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes, basil, pasta and cheese.
