- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 3 c. broccoli florets
- 3 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 to 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 c. chopped, fresh basil
- 3 to 4 c. cooked linguine
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large pan, combine the oil, water, broccoli and garlic. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes.

2Add mushrooms and black pepper.

3Cook until tender.

4Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes, basil, pasta and cheese.

5Makes 3 servings.
