- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 c. frozen peas
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. red pepper, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
Directions

1Brown rice and crumbled fideo in oil.
