  • 2 c. cooked brown rice
  • 1 c. chopped vegetables (peppers, carrots or whatever's on hand)
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce

Directions

    In a nonstick skillet, saute 1 cup chopped vegetables in the oil until tender-crisp.

    Add brown rice, cayenne pepper, sesame oil and soy sauce.
