- 2 c. cooked brown rice
- 1 c. chopped vegetables (peppers, carrots or whatever's on hand)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In a nonstick skillet, saute 1 cup chopped vegetables in the oil until tender-crisp.

2Add brown rice, cayenne pepper, sesame oil and soy sauce.
