  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Ranch dressing (may add some dry Ranch mix for extra flavor)
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 to 2 c. chopped broccoli and cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. carrots, green pepper, onion or any other raw vegetable
  • green olives (optional)

Directions

    Unroll crescent rolls in 3 oblong widths of pan and 1 longways across the bottom.

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown.

    Mix the cream cheese and dressing until creamy.

    Spread on cooled crust.

    Top with vegetables and cheese last.
