  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 bag frozen Italian style mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 8 oz. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Steam vegetables.

    Cool and toss with spices.

    Place pita bread on cookie sheet.

    Portion seasoned vegetables onto breads. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese melts and becomes slightly browned.
