- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 8 oz. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Steam vegetables.

4Portion seasoned vegetables onto breads. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese melts and becomes slightly browned.
