  • 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into flowerets
  • 1 bunch broccoli, chopped into flowerets

Directions

    Press rolls onto cookie sheet. Bake according to directions. Mix the next 3 ingredients. Spread on top of cooled crust. Arrange veggies on top and sprinkle with cheese.
