  • 10-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Beat eggs well.

    Mix flour and sugar together and add to eggs. Add melted butter and beat well.

    Stir in buttermilk and vanilla. Pour mixture into pie crust.
