- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped zucchini
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 (8 oz.) cans buttermilk dinner rolls
Directions

1Saute green pepper, onion and zucchini in margarine until tender about 3 to 5 minutes.

2Add bacon.

3Separate rolls into thin layers.

4Place 1 layer in the bottom of a Bundt or tube pan. Sprinkle with part of the Parmesan cheese and vegetable mixture. Continue layering rolls, Parmesan cheese and vegetable mixture. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
