- 5 to 6 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne or red pepper
- 1 lb. Swiss or Colby cheese
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. chopped broccoli
- 1/4 c. shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped zucchini
- 2 pie shells (unbaked)
Directions

1Mix well eggs, milk and seasonings.

2Toss cheese with flour; add to milk mixture.

3Mix; add vegetables.

4Mix and pour in pans. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

5Makes 2 pies.
