Vegetable Ring Casserole

  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans french green beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower
  • 1 small bag of frozen carrots
  • 1/2 box fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 C. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

    In an oval casserole place melted butter. (approx. 9 x 10 x 3 oval)

    Put cream of mushroom soup around bottom.

    Line up vegetables in a circle placing french green beans around the outside.

    Next place a ring of broccoli a ring of cauliflower and place carrots in the center. Place mushrooms in a circle on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with spices. Add Swiss cheese evenly over top

    Top with (2.8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions. Bake covered with foil in 350 degree oven30 min. uncover and bake 5 min. longer to be sure Swiss cheese has melted. Serve hot.
