Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (cut up & blanched)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 can green beans (drained)
  • 1 can wax beans (drained)
  • 1 can lima beans (drained)
  • 1 can kidney beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 4 sweet pickles (sliced)
  • 3 carrots (sliced & blanched)
  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar or splenda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    In medium saucepan bring dressing ingredients to a boil & boil for 2 minutes,

    stirring occasionally.

    Combine all other ingredients (vegetables).

    Pour warm dressing over combined vegetables, stir together & refrigerate overnight or longer.

    stir before serving (you may drain before serving.

    Serves 12-18.
