  • 1 1/2 lb. spinach, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped dill
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 finely chopped white onion
  • 1/4 lb. Feta cheese
  • 10 to 12 filo
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Rinse spinach well in cold water.

    Drain thoroughly and cut into small pieces. Salt
