- 1 can French-style beans
- 1 can garden peas
- 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar pimentos
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Directions

1Drain vegetables from cans and mix together with pimentos, celery, pepper and onion.

2Mix sugar, oil and vinegar together and bring to a boil over high heat.

3Pour over vegetables and let stand 8 hours in refrigerator.
