Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style beans
  • 1 can garden peas
  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar pimentos
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil

Directions

    Drain vegetables from cans and mix together with pimentos, celery, pepper and onion.

    Mix sugar, oil and vinegar together and bring to a boil over high heat.

    Pour over vegetables and let stand 8 hours in refrigerator.
