Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can French-style beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can English peas
  • 1 (16 oz.) whole white corn
  • 1 jar pimento
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Drain first 3 vegetables.

    Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

    Bring to a boil.

    Let cool and pour over vegetables.
