  • 4 cups water
  • 13 cup chicken bouillon powder
  • 4 medium potatoes, grated
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
  • 12 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 34 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 cups milk
  • 12 cup instant potato flakes

Directions

    Combine flour, salt, pepper, and water in small bowl, mixing well until smooth.
