- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Pour sugar, vinegar, salad oil and salt (mixed) over drained peas, beans, celery, pimentos, onion and pepper.
